Shipping & Returns
- At this time, we only ship to an address located in the United States.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- There are restrictions on products containing alcohol such as wine. (See Below Wine Shipping Rules)
- We ship using UPS, USPS or FedEx.
- All products are securely bubble wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. Your gift will arrive in perfect condition just as if we hand delivered the gift basket.
When will my order ship:
Orders placed before noon (EST) Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the following business day.
During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship gift baskets with chocolate with ice packs to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We recommend 2 day shipping during the warmer months, especially with melting or perishable items. At times, we may use our own discretion and use our substitution policy so that we can ensure an enjoyable gift.

What if we entered an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we are provided an incorrect address during the order process and the item ships, the carrier will return the package back to us .The process can take 2 - 3 weeks until we receive product back. Once the order ships, unfortunately, we cannot change the address. it will be returned back to us. You will be contacted and will be given the option to place another order or refund your original order less the initial shipping charge.
What if the gift is going to a hospital?
We highly recommend sending a gift package directly to your recipient's home or office. Even if they're still in the hospital, let them know and they'll be able to enjoy their gift when they get home, especially if they are getting discharged quickly. If a gift is being shipped to a hospital for a patient, it is delivered to a receiving area. From there, the hospital staff brings the package to a patient's room. This process could delay the package from being delivered to a recipient for several hours and, depending on the time of day, the package might not get to the recipient until the next day. This process is to ensure the safety and privacy of the patients in the hospital. Please note: If you select your gift to be delivered on the weekend, its delivery can be delayed by this process.
What if the gift is going to a college?
If a gift is being shipped to a college, the package is most often delivered to the Campus Mail Room. This occurs even when an exact address, complete with door number, is on a package. This is a security measure most colleges put in place to ensure the safety of their students. Please note: If you select your gift to be delivered on the weekend, its delivery can be delayed by this process.
What if the gift is going to a business?
If a gift is being shipped to a business, FedEx, USPS and UPS will deliver the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company. This may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk. Many companies do not allow the delivery drivers to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has been signed for, it is the company responsibility to make sure the package reaches the correct person.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment. All items must be in tact with original un-opened packaging as we cannot not re-sell opened products. A restocking charge of 25% will apply. No re-stocking fees will apply if carrier damages product. Please contact us and let us know the reason for return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping cost. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. You can expect to receive your refund within 48 - 72 hours upon receipt of return.
We will update you when wine shipping becomes available in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Gifts that contain alcohol must be signed for with a 21+ signature is required.
We will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different item of equal or greater value.
