  • When will my order ship:
  • Orders placed by 1:00PM (EST) Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the following business day.  During busy holiday seasons, orders may ship within 2 days of orders placed.   • When will my order arrive:
  • All gift basket products are in stock and packaged attractively so that it looks like it was hand delivered and are shipped from Eastern Pennsylvania in Upper Bucks County (approximatey 1 hour North of Philadelphia and 1.5 hours South of New York City.  Bakery items are shipped separately from our bakery partner in Eastern Pennsylvania from a controlled temperature environment.  Transit times are as follows using Ground Shipping.  
  • 1- 2 days Local Delivery arrival times in Upper, Lower and Central Bucks County, Montgomery County, Lehigh County, Berks County, Northampton County, Philadelphia County, all items are shipped and beautifully packaged so that they look just like the photo to arrive for when your recipient is not home to ensure product integrity. We do not hand deliver and leave on the doorstep in unprotected packaging as a florist might do.
  • 1- 2 days Ground Transit Time: PA, NJ, NY, DE, VA, MD, DC, WV, OH, IN, RI, CT, MA, ME, NH, VT, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, TN, AL, IL, MI, MO
  • 3 - 4 Days Ground Transit Time: NM, AZ, MT, WY, KS, NE, OK, SD, ND, IA, MN, TX, LA, MS, AR 
  • 5 days Ground Transit Time: WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, CO
  • Expedited Shipping is available on every order.  Shipping cost will be calculaed at checkout where you can compare UPS or USPS shipping costs. We do not mark up or profit from shipping costs. All costs are actual carrier prices automatically calculated based on weight and dimensions of that product. At times, we offer shipping promotions to our customers and absorb the cost.
  • Tracking information is provided to you once we ship your order and will automatically be emailed to you so you can track your order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in some cases, especially during busy times of the holiday season
  • Warm Weather Shipping:  During the months of early June through mid September, we may substitute at our discretion certain meltable products at an equal or higher value during this time to provide a positive experience. Ice packs are available at an additional cost where you may select that option.
