At Goldspan Gift Baskets, we strive to provide all of our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Here are common questions and answers to some of the questions you may have. If we can be of additional assistance, call us at 215-888-3341.

  • How is my gift basket packaged for delivery?
  • We wrap every gift basket with clear cellophane, then we shrink wrap the product and attach an attractive ribbon, bow and embellishment along with a handwritten gift card message. We bubble wrap the item so it is protected in the shipping process to ensure perfect delivery. We include decorative tissue paper in the package so it arrives with an attractive presentation.
  • If I place an order at noon, when will my package ship:
  • Orders placed by 1:30 PM will ship same day. All other orders ship the following business day using UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • When will my package arrive?
  • After your item ships, we will notify you by email with your tracking information that will allow you see where your package is in the process. Please refer to shipping arrival times to get an idea of delivery time frame. Typically packages arrive 2-3 business days on the east coast, 5 -7 days on the west coast. You will have the option at checkout to select ground shipping at standard rates or next day, 2nd day at carrier rates. The rates that are provided are real time shipping costs from the carrier you select, unless the product is labeled free shipping.
  • What is your return policy?
  • We offer a 14 day return policy as long as the package is not opened. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. We will issue a credit within 3 business days upon receipt excluding original and return shipping charges. If there is an issue, please contact us.
  • Can you substitute items in the basket?
  • Yes, whether there is a dietary need or personal preference, contact us for your choices.
  • How do you ship chocolate in warm weather?
  • During the months of May thru September, we package perishable items such as chocolate, cheese or delicate items with ice gel packs and special  packaging to protect the gift basket. An additional charge will be given as an option when you add the item to your cart, this cost will allow for the additional weight that will increase the actual price of shipping. We do recommend that you choose 2 day shipping during these months.
  • If I need a custom basket, how long will it take?
  • We carry a large inventory of many products. Whether it's a baby gift or a celebration, we can accommodate most requests for every budget.
